Well,
Atleast one of the kyim developers has seen the new ymessenger 0.99, that
being me.

Yeah, for now the information we have suggests that just the indian users
are affected, but then this is because the new proto is prolly being
tested. Once the testing is over, ALL users everywhere would be affected.
