Funny part is why it bothers people to pay for mail service is that most of 
them are already paying a fortune for accessing it.

Bandwidth should be free like radio.. Once basic cost is paid, there should be 
no recurring cost. At least it shouldn't be taxed with royalties.. In that case 
e-* things will start booming like anything..

Remember 90% of our griefs are conpensated by additional money in governments 
pocket. Now obviously you don't have any right to ask, how the money is spent..
