for us in india...... bandwidth is like buying a TV while email acounts are like channels
the concept of paying for channels is not there. WHile in most countries like US , or UK or even singapore, apart from the basic channels, u will have to pay additional money to view some special channels. so we in India, have already invested enough for the bandwidth, why to pay for emails .... is the general conept in mind.
