Export the addressbook in ldif format, and pull into OpenLDAP.
MTA: Sendmail/Postfix/Exim/Qmail. Take your pick.
pop/imap server: Courier/Cyrus
Webmail: Squirrelmail/SQwebmail (for courier)........ Freshmeat is your
friend.

Or you could use courier mta (http://www.courier-mta.org)
