Hello, I am trying to setup my email to use fetchmail/procmail/mutt, in order to do this i took suresh's .muttrc file, made a simple .procmailrc file and ran fetchmail with the option to use procmail as the mda.
promail worked in the sense that i can see the inbox file in my $HOME/mail directory, and can even view it's contents using vim. but mutt refuses to open the file. if i rum "mutt -f mail/inbox" from my home directory i get the message that mail/inbox is not a mailbox file. so what i want to know is wether my method of using procmail is screwing up somewhere, why is mutt not able to open that file, and if i do not use the 'mda "/usr/bin/procmail"' option in fetchmailrc then i do not even know where my mail goes to since /var/spool/mail/mario was not getting updated after running fetchmail without the mda option. Thank You, Regards, mario -- _______________________________________________________________ Have big pipes? SourceForge.net is looking for download mirrors. We supply the hardware.
