I think India too needs to take on similar provisions. Perhaps the Linux
users, through the LUGs, need to start a campaign for such a law. If we
can (some of us who must be having the skills to create a draft
proposal), I can take up the responsibility of reaching it to some of
the MPs to try that that make a proposal for such a law. And, before
that, we can do a signature and awareness campaign for the same.

It may be interesting to form a team of volunteers interested in this
activity. I, to start with, volunteer to be part of this team.
