I can only answer for myself.  My project was a one-off project.   The 
project was not developed with general usage in mind.  It was 
specifically developed for a particular requirement.  Besides, there are 
very well designed linux-on-a-floppy already available such as TomsRTBT 
etc.  My work is not of that calibre.
