Thank you for all the RAID theory.. but the point I was indicating that 
partitions on RAID on multiple disks is not same two distinct non-RAID 
partition on two HDDs.

You are losing track/thread. OP wanted hardlinks across partitions/disks. I 
assume he didn't imagined RAID being dragged in the thread.
 
Saying you can have such links on RAID is not answer to OP's question.  Because 
RAID is not true different hard disks in good old PC sense, no mater what 
combination of 0 and 1 you use to describe it.

Answer is NO. You can't have it.
