Hmm.. I would say admin is dumb rather than OS is secure.. Just play of words, 
Right?

Hmm.. Then why pitch for "security of an OS" which leaves task of checking MD5 
sums to admin?

I don't get it. You want to make inflammatory statements, don't have an 
asbestos suite and want everybody else to play nice?

There are people on this list who run RedHat/Mandrake/Debian/Slackware on live 
internet boxes with services on and with heavy traffic. When some such person 
say, it's quite secure, I would rather take his word.(Not that I can't claim it 
myself but I haevn't run any box on internet as yet. Just being honest..)
