Your solution was  perfect. But I  could not  identify "twm". This  is
disadvantage of starting  Linux late. As, when I started it was KDE or
Gnome. So I worked with these and more with console. Never seen "twm".

One need to edit ~/.vnc/xstartup to bringup things of his choice.

However, I could not bringup KDE. I gave startkde in this file. Then I
soft  linked /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc  to  xstartup. I was  able to  see
icons on  desktop on  softlinking, but  all application  crashed (like
ksplash, konquorer)  with signal 11  (SIGSEGV), and I couldn't  do any
thing.

Is there some special trick to use KDE etc?

I succeeded in using "twm" and "fvwm2".
