If Redhat doesn't have a problem with redistribution, I can't see what yours is. Their entire linux distribution, except redhat-logos.rpm, is freely redistributable, with whatever changes you want to make. In other words, they have made is so convenient for the redistributor, who just has to remove _one_ RPM from the entire distribution. If you were to ask me, Redhat encourages redistribution of their Linux distro.
