well amongst the prominent ones that have made the switch, are CDAC;
there has been an initiative taken by the WB govt to introduce a larger
ratio of Linux to XP systems into their educational system; then there
is the IT @ schools project in Kerala, GCSP in Goa....I think Fredrick
Noronha should be ur guide to more authentic and definitive information
on this issue.
