This is *no* problem, mtrr = Memory Type Range Register. If you are
still using the version of kernel shipped with RH 7.1 I suggest you to
compile in a new one say 2.4.21 and enable smp support (considering your
server is having a dual CPU). 

I *think* this has something to do with the older kernel which you have
got on your machine. It had some problems with VM during the early
versions of 2.4.*, things were sorted out by ~2.4.9

Do let me know your kernel version. Also do test your Memory of your
machine you are running.
