Yup. And after several unsuccessful attempts to get that done from XO,
decided to host DNS ourselves to which they refused coz then their
SOA/cluster setup wont work.

We were not colocated at XO at that time (may 2003). We had a vanilla
(expensive) hosting account. And that was not all, we needed to run
phpnuke at some time. Surprise surprise! Their servers ran php as cgi
only. I am sure they still do.

We figured we could run a colocated box for half the money we were
paying them.
