hi all, I would Like to know About the Thing , befor let me tell u that i am dhanraj sheth, i have Created an Accounting System For ISP in 2 types. Now i want to sell that on the Direct to the market. questions are:- 1) i would like to sell that with the CD where the customer will install the full OS + Software from with in the CD.( supose linux (any free flavour + my Software) would that effect to GNU in any cause?? 2) Would the distro which i will use for the Software which will be directly intalled from my custom cd break any law of patents of GNU ?? 3) the Software will include cust. cutomised install of distro , cust. http.conf , cust. rpm packaged or tarballs , some of the folder which would be dynem. created by the time of installation any which will carry the source of the Software , cust. login shell. will this in any cause breake any GNU or patent law?
