No. There is nothing prohibiting you from selling GPLed software. The
only requirement is that you provide source with no additional
restrictions on redistribution.

You may end up with copyright issues, but not patent issues.

You are allowed to do this by the GPL. You may, however, not
redistribute redhat as RHL, and if you change the name, you have to
remove all mentions of RH from the source.
Other distributions may have a similar policy.
