This is a very specific requirement ... such calculations, I suppose, would have to be custom coded for your database (flat-file, SQL etc). Should not be difficult if the formulas are known. There are not many open source accounting projects in PHP. You may have a look at the available ones at: http://proj.chbs.dk/accounting/ freshmeat.net has a link to "Dolphin Accounting Software", which is in PHP, but this has a Proprietory licence.
