Thanks for the help, I got bluetooth working now, but there is still just
one problem left:

the phone asks for PIN, when I try to connect thru /dev/modem which is a
symbolic link to /dev/rfcomm0 where I am able to bind my phone using rfcomm.
when I enter the PIN on my phone (which is correct) my computer shows
connection refused, and my phone says invalid pin, then bluetooth connection
failed.

I tried the bluepin script which does nothing, the phone does not even ask
for confirmation. maybe I dont know its arguments, and there is no
#bluepin --help. hummm, will search more, and let you know what turns up, I
am currently referring to:

http://www.teaparty.net/technotes/blue-gprs.html
http://kotinetti.suomi.net/mcfrisk/linux_gprs.html

maybe got something, will try it out, bye.

Virat
