Alas!! Here is what the problem was: I was able to connect to my mobile and The Internet once on Linux, then if I restarted into windoj, my windoj asked me for PIN and it was authenticated, then if I again restarted into Linux, instead of asking me for the PIN again it automatically starts communicating with my mobile, but here my mobile does not understand the conversation, or something goes wrong, so what I do now is delete the paired device with my PCs name each time I restart into Linux!!
