I don't think this to be the right question but to double check, Are
there
any add-on modules required for Squirrelmail to work with remote imap
servers?
None that I know of :) Last I checked I had squirrelmail working with a
remote IMAP server. I had a few authentication problems but they were
because squirrelmail was not using the same method that the imap server
wanted. I got it resolved by reading the logs thrown by php/apache. You
might want to try that approach.
