Hi,
 Hope u are using iptable Destination NAT to redirect the web trafic
to your internal LAN. There are different methods are available to
track the incoming and outgoing packets in the iptable based firewall.
u can use the "-j log" option available in iptable. check out iptable
man pages for further information. Or just google iptable logging.
