Hi,
I recently bought a Shuttle PC that has a motherboard with a SiS 301
graphics card. The motherboard has both a VGA and an S-Video port. I
installed Ubuntu 6.10 on it. I connected my TV to the S-Video port
through an S-Video to RCA adapter. The adapter happens to have 4 pins.
I am now able to display (at resolutions 640x480, 800x600 and
1024x768) my desktop on both a VGA monitor and the TV. However, the TV
only shows black and white for some reason.
Do you happen to know how I can get my TV out display to be color? Is
this something I do with the graphics card? With the cable?
Thanks.
