Without giving details of the domain of your SMTP host, we can only guess what it is set to from the above log. It appears some of your users may not be setting up a correct From header in their MUA (email client) and your SMTP server is configured to reject messages wherein the From header does *not* match it's domain i.e. does not allow relay from other domains. Once you fix the problem, please post a "Solved" response to the group.
