Well lets see, my resolv.conf has
search localhost host.yep.com del3.vsnl.net.in
nameserver 192.168.1.1
nameserver 202.54.1.30
nameserver 202.54.96.3
nameserver 192.168.1.2
AFAIK its looks fine to me.
