Lovely - tell me how it goes. BeOS is two of my favorite OSs rolled
into one - a Mac OS clone with a fully functional bash (rather, bash
like) shell etc etc - BeOS is totally POSIX compliant I believe :-)

On 23 Nov 99, at 4:50, thus spake Jiju Thomas Mathew:

> well we are trying a feat today, just got a copy of BeOS, we are gonna
> try out that on our four in one (win95, NT, RH 5.2, Slack 3.2) I have
> souped up some 1 gb free and tonight gonna check it out.

Suresh it bombed,

I was in an excited mood, but it bombed, i dont know, maybe the CD is
corrupt, the installation started, disksettings was approved and system
went to sleep for about 5-6 seconds and restarted, well we gave a good
six or seven retrys, but could not succeed. Today I have sent a request to
my bro' in law in banglore, to get one from GT and courier it down. will
tell u later.
