Hi Guys,

In Postmaster (windows) we can create Email aliases.
For Ex. :
if my pop account is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

then using postmaster I can give different email aliases like :
        santosh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
        santoshi<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> etc.

Like this using one POP account I can create many email aliases and
the email can be sent instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED] to say
santosh<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> etc. This is possible under postmaster.

I am surprised how email address of the format santosh<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
is accepted by email server because only [EMAIL PROTECTED] is present on
the server but there is no account of Santosh and Santoshi.

Is the above thing possible under linux ?.

Thanking in advance.
