All your files and commands o/p seem alright, so now just check if you are
using a twisted UTP. If not, use one or shift to terminated BNC.

You can check if an RJ45 is twisted or not, just hold the two ends of the
cable side by side, same side up, and see if the colours of the wiring inside
are reversed. ie, if one side has white at left end, then white should be at
right end at the other side.
