Well, if you follow the link, you can read more about it. You will see that
Pasta is a project about small portable and private machines. The project
is mainly about security, but we have some communication effort as
well. I'm doing the infrared stuff, while some others are doing IPv6. I
will soon convert my machines to IPv6 so I can try out IPv6 over IrDA. The
development platform in Pasta is mainly FreeBSD, PalmOS, and Linux.
BTW: The door to the lab has an electric lock, so you can use the Pilot to
open it. You just authenticate yourself to the Pilot (which you can trust
(more) since it's private), and the door will open. Currently it's using a
cradle, but now when I'm back, we will switch to IrDA instead.
