        See additional long e-mail on the subject. Still doesn't work
for me.

        It's an easy way to check if everything is working, as it use
standard tools and require no configuration (no PPP madness).

        Please, how do you configure minicom to not dial ? I don't
really know the command to connect, every time is start as
disconnected and it start to dial and fail.

        Gosh, I was trying irda4. Seems like I'm always one version
behind. Could it be possible to have changelogs to know if it is worth
upgrading ?
