Just for information: Nokia 7110 works w/o any problems with Irda.
The modem is supposed to be 14400 baud but the only connection I could
establish was 9600. Anybody know if Telenor Mobil supports 14400 baud
connections?
The recent version of Irda seems to crash Nokia 9000. It's necessary to
increase the timeout value in /proc from 90 to 100ms before my laptop
can see the phone. The phone shows up as Nokia 9000 in irdadump and
everything looks ok. After short while the modem locks up, it's not
possible to see it in irdadump and it's necessary to remove the battery
to disable the modem :-(
It worked well with earlier versions (2.2.13 w/patches).
