Sounds very much like the case with USB: eliminate beacon, rely on the
kernel driver.  I can't wait to try this for myself.

BTW, please copy Viljo Hakala <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on all ODS stuff; he's
running the project now.  (Guess it's way past time I post that
announcement to gphoto-kodak.)
