They have absolutely no clue about the 7389 here. Today I've received mine
back from Motorola, (second sw-update) and the option "mymotorola" is
not in the internet menu anymore. That was the reason why I've sent it in
the second time !
The first time it was because after sending a fax, the phone stayed in
fax-mode, even when placing a datacall AFTER having sent a fax before.
ATZ does not help, AT&F does not help, Motorola has no idea.
Guess what works ? AT+FCLASS=0 - Motorola customer service thanked me
for the idea and asked me to call them again and tell them what I have
done.
This sucks.
