If you want to keep the complexity down on the microcontroller
side, use Ultra (the spec is available inside the IrWW package). We
are currently using bare Ultra, and we plan to go Obex over Ultra.
Advantages :
o much, much, much simpler to implement
o More robust than full IrDA
o faster than full IrDA
