Obj: [Linux-IrDA]IrDA with 2.4.0-test11-pre5

With previous versions, "/etc/irda/network start irda0"
executed "/etc/irda/drivers start" and loaded the ir device module (toshoboe)
with 2.4.0-test11-pre5,  must add the "modprobe toshoboe" in the
/etc/rc.d/init.d/irda script.
Why?
Is it a bug or a change?
