Despite several attempts to write an adequate documentation for
libkarma and directly related tools, I agree with you that
documentation does not really meet the otherwise fairly good work
in linuxkarma projects...

The existance of rkUsb and other related simple tools is
mentioned in the README file of lkarmafs:

  http://linux-karma.sourceforge.net/lkarmafs.html
  http://linux-karma.sourceforge.net/ReadmeLkfs.txt

I wrote rkUsb in the context of lkarmafs, but then I though it
could be useful in a more general environment; so it went
undocumented into the libkarma package.  Sorry about that.
