From: Bartosz Golaszewski <bgolaszew...@baylibre.com>

It's a good convention to name struct device local variables 'dev'
and reserve 'pdev' for struct platform_device. Otherwise the code
sometimes becomes confusing to read. Rename all such instances in
of/platform.c
