Hi all, This series contains various fixes on bugs reported to us, or bugs I stumbled upon while testing the various interface configurations I have access to.
While this series contain fixes, it's sent to net-next as it is based on top of Russell's rework and fixes he sent during the last 2 weeks (such as his PPv2 phylink rework) that were applied to net-next.
