After commit 282faf61a053 ("net: ena: switch to dim algorithm for rx adaptive
interrupt moderation"), it introduces dim algorithm, which configured by
CONFIG_DIMLIB.
So, this patch is to select DIMLIB for ENA_ETHERNET.
