[PATCH] scsi/NCR5380: Reduce NCR5380_maybe_release_dma_irq() call sites

[Finn Thain]

Refactor to avoid needless calls to NCR5380_maybe_release_dma_irq().
This makes the machine code smaller and the source more readable.
