Yes that would trigger it. I tried this:
tuxmake --runtime docker --target-arch arm64 --toolchain gcc --kconfig
allmodconfig --build-dir=$(pwd)/obj/test-allmod-arm64

It will take a few minutes to build an allmodconfig kernel on tuxsuite.
