Make these generic names more specific to the printk
subsystem and allow these variables to become non-static.

Rename log_first_idx to printk_log_first_idx.
Rename log_first_seq to printk_log_first_seq.
Rename log_next_idx to printk_log_next_idx.
Rename log_next_seq to printk_log_next_seq.
