Rename the LOG_LINE_MAX and PREFIX_MAX #defines with PRINTK_ prefixes. Move the defines to printk_log.h Remove duplicate define too.
Fixed redefined PRINTK_LOG_LINE_MAX and PRINTK_PREFIX_MAX.
