I know that it's not on your list but I have two of those (working very well here) and the driver is in mainline linux since at least 2.6.39: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Technisat_SkyStar_USB_HD I personally don't use DiSEqC at all but other users reported that it should work. Maybe you want to consider buying it from abroad?
