       When I was last working with the RM7000 (before tapeout, using the
RTL model), the RM7000 did use virtual indexes, but virtual == physical when
the page size is at least as large as the cache set size, as it is on the
RM7000 primary caches.  The RM7000 secondary and tertiary caches are 
physically indexed, as is the R5000 secondary cache.
