Lynx doesn't like it. (but that's a lynx bug, i hate it for not working
with 127.1 :-)
It's just the IP as a number (remeber that an IP address is a 32 bits
number)

I amn't near to my tcpip docs, but i recall that you can write IP address
as:
A.B.C.D resolves to A * 2^24 + B * 2^16 + C * 2^8 + D
A.B.C resolves to A * 2^24 + B * 2^16 + C
A.B resolves to A * 2^24 + B
A resolves to A
Your example (3520566060) the ip is:
3520566060 >> 24: 209
3520566060 >> 16 & 0xff: 215
3520566060 >> 8 & 0xff: 147
3520566060 & 0xff: 44
209.215.147.44
