Which browser are you using? Some browsers had a bug in the decoding
of dotted-decimal notation which would allow an IP address to be
specified as a 32-bit decimal number, i.e.
3520566060 = 0xd1d7932c = d1.d7.93.2c = 209.215.147.44
IIRC, this presented a security hole for some versions of MSIE, which
treated a `hostname' part which didn't contain any dots as being part
of the local network, and therefore `trusted'.
