Application + Interface

Hello !

I have a linux box with 2 ethernet adapters. I want to provide my proxy
server to use a specific eth interface and specific gateway. By this way
other applications will use other eth interface and other gateway.

            Linux Box 
             Proxy  eth1 ----> (Gateway1) -----> INTERNET 
              
             Other     eth0 ----> (Gateway2) -----> INTERNET
         Applications

How can I do this ?
