First of all, thanks for your guys help!
I had check all the files which needed, include hosts.allow/deny,
inetd.conf ....I thinks the files are OK but I still cannot allow
other machines to ftp in. Let say I haven't install FTP daemon, then
how can I use this machine to ftp outside? If the problem is related
to reverse dns, how can I fix the error ?
Is there any possible error exist ?

Oh! I use Redhat Linux sparc.
