  First see if you can resolve a name for their address.  e.g. If they are
logging in from 192.168.1.2, type "host 192.168.1.2" and see if it spits out
a fully qualified domain name.  If not, the simplest solution is to add an
entry to "/etc/hosts" (follow the format of the other entries.)
