In the absence of anything better I have started on a HOWTO for eql, but
keep getting distracted by other things. Contact me direct with any

Here I have three 56K modems running under eql and I get ~15K/sec
download. In Australia ISDN is ridiculously expensive and the above setup
saves thousands of dollars per year.
